WINTERS, III, CARL "Cadillac", 27, passed away, Tuesday, February 7th, 2012 in Garden City, GA. Born in Painsville, OH, moved to Sebring, FL at the age of 2, where he was raised. Carl is survived by his loving daughter, Kaitlyn Winters; mother, Barbara Algate; step-dad, William Pipkin; father, Carl Winters, Jr.; sister, Melissa Algate (Joseph Martin); brothers, Shawn Algate (Jennifer Elkins) and Chad Winters; 3 nieces, 2 nephews and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who loved him dearly. Carl was a very hard worker and was dedicated to his job as an AC man. Visitation 2-4 pm, Sunday with a time of remembrance at 3:00 pm by Family and friends.
