Delora Christian

Delora Christian passed away with her family by her side, May 11, 2026. She was born in Beulaville, NC to the late Major Thomas and Thelma Jones.

She moved to Wauchula at the age of 17 then moved to Sebring 33 years ago. She owned the He & She Hairstyling beauty salon in Sebring and Cameo Salon along with Mary Starling, a lifetime friend. Delora was a member of the Southside Baptist Church, Sebring.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Curtis Christian; son, Clyde Shackelford and a grandson, Adam Stephen Shackelford. 

She is survived by daughter, Lisa (Jimmy) Franks; son, Craig (Darlene) Shackelford; Stepchildren, Stanley (Teri) Christian, Pam (Dale) Mastin, Cathy Heston and Paul (Tammy) Christian; grandchildren, Stephanie Shackelford, Caleb A. Chavis, Tasha and Tonie Shackelford and numerous great grandchildren.
