EINFELDT, EVELYN K., age 88 of Sebring, FL died Tuesday, April 6, 2010 at Maranatha Manor, Sebring, FL. She was born in Mountain Lake, MN and served as a missionary for Baptist Mid-Missions, for 26 years in Japan. She moved to Sebring in 1993 from Honolulu, Hawaii and was a faithful member of Maranatha Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lynn A. Einfeldt. Survivors include her brothers, R.A., Arnold, Elmer, Milton and John Regier; sisters, Elfrieda Loewen and Mary Regier all out of state; stepdaughters, Rachel Capps, Sebring and Ruth Turner, step daughter-in-law, Teri Einfeldt; several nieces and nephews. Visitation, 10:00 am with a service to follow at 10:30 am on Saturday, April 10, 2010 at Maranatha Baptist Church. Burial will be in Mountain Lake, MN.
