Gloria Ilene (Mock) Mabie

Gloria Ilene (Mock) Mabie, 74, of Sebring, FL died peacefully at Hospice House on September 30th, 2015. She went to be with God while surrounded by her loving and supportive family. She was born on January 19, 1941 in North Webster, IN to Wayne & Arlene (Green) Mock. She lived most of her life in Goshen, IN where she worked hard at various jobs. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, sewing and various other crafts. She especially enjoyed being with her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. On September 5, 1976 she married Richard D. Mabie who survives. She retired to Sebring, FL in 1986 with her husband where they enjoyed many happy years. She is survived by her husband Richard Mabie of Sebring, FL; daughters: Joan (Mark) Hartzler of Harrisonburg, VA, Deborah (Tim) Rice of Milford, IN and Kathleen (Mike) Miller of Goshen, IN. She is also survived by stepdaughters: Bobbi (Ron) Bougher of Greentown, IN, Beth (Jerry) Parker of Westfield, IN and Kelly Januzik of Scottsdale, AZ. Also surviving are 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Her surviving siblings include 5 brothers Allen, Steven, Bruce, Douglas, Rodney Mock and 3 sisters Marjorie Mabie, Norma George and Carolyn Crum. She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 sisters Delores Neff and Jo Ellen Steger, and 5 brothers Richard, Claire, Fred, Robert and Russell Mock.
