PFISTER, HARRY E., 96 of Sebring, FL died Friday, March 19, 2010 at Highlands Regional Medical Center, Sebring. Harry was born in Mt. Oliver, PA and entered the U.S. Army following his high school graduation. He was a highly decorated glider pilot, involved with the invasion of Normandy. Harry retired from G.C. Murphy Corporation (now known as K-Mart) as their Chief Corporate Aircraft Mechanic. Harry and his late wife, Anne, wintered in Miami for many years and settled in Sebring in 1984. He is survived by his sister, Mildred Becker, Gibsonia, PA and sister-in-law, Trudy Meeks, Sebring, FL; nephews, Paul, John and Tom Becker; niece, Janette Waugh. Graveside services and military honors by V.F. W. Post 4300 will be, 10:00 am, Tuesday at Lakeview Memorial Gardens, Avon Park.
