Heidi is survived by her husband, John; children, Kaitlyn and John, Jr.; her parents, Art and Betsy Miller; brothers, Art Gegenheimer and Kevin Miller his wife Penny and daughter Kimberly; sister-in-law, Karen Thompson her husband Jake.
