Helen J. Carnes

CARNES, HELEN J., 89, passed away November 25, 2015. She was born in Baltimore, MD, daughter of the late Garnett and Helen Radebaugh. She moved to Sebring at the age of Fifteen and a graduate of Sebring High School, class of 1943. She married John Carnes on June 8, 1947 and was a longtime member of Southside Baptist Church. Helen was affectionely known by her family as Mudder and is survived by her son, Roger (Jane) Carnes, Ft. Collins, CO; daughter, Lynn (Marc) Holtsberg, Pembroke Pines, FL; brother, Garnett Radebaugh, Dayton, WA; grandchildren, Amy Holtsberg, Polly Mandrell, Jennifer Mandrell, Morgan Filler and Whitney Carnes; four great grandchildren. Graveside Services, 11:00 am, Wednesday at Pinecrest Cemetery. The family suggests memorials to the charity of choice.
