1945-2024

Michael "Jerry" Cooper, long time resident of Sebring, currently residing in Jay, Fl, passed away on July 31st, 2024.

Born on August 15, 1945 in Sebring, FL and attended Sebring High School. He spent his professional career as a paint and body technician. 

His passions included fishing, watching TV shows that restored old vehicles and woodworking. 

He is survived by his children: Harold "Hal" Austin (Laura), Samantha O'Donnell (Bryan) and Tracy Wingate (Michael). He had 3 grandchildren: Ashley M. Blatt, Colt M. Hitt, and Cody M. Hitt and 3 great grandchildren.

He is also survived by his brothers Sidney Cooper Jr, Reggie Cooper (Martha) and Dennis Cooper (Sherri) along with 6 nieces/nephews and a few cousins.

Jerry was preceded in death by his wives, and his parents.

Graveside service will be Saturday, September 21st at 10am at Pinecrest Cemetery in Sebring, FL. Pastor Gary Kindle will officiate the service.
