Norma Ruth Rabalais

Norma Ruth Hall Rabalais (91) passed away September 3, 2026. Norma was born January 16, 1935 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas to the late Ruth and Murray Hall.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Theophil (Tom) Rabalais and two brothers, Charles Hall and Jim Hall.

She is survived by her daughters, Denise (Raymond) Brooker and Tonja (John) Weed of Sebring, her sister, Pat Martin; brothers, Gary Hall, Vic (Anne) Hall, Ronnie (Jo) Hall of Ft. Smith, Arkansas and Greg (Sherry) Hall of Van Buren, Arkansas.
