Roger Dale Dove

Roger Dale Dove, age 77, of Sebring, passed away peacefully on May

15,2026. Born on September 14, 1948, in Arcadia, Florida, he was the

beloved son of John and Vicki Dove and brother to Rita Davis.

Roger was known for being hardworking, honest, and reliable. He enjoyed

saltwater fishing in Placida, Florida at Eldred’s Marina. Professionally,

Roger was a licensed contractor and operated Dove’s Installation Services

installing chain link fence. He served 3 years in the United States Navy and

spent time serving on the U.S.S Saratoga. Friends and family will 

remember Roger for his authenticity and dedication to hard work.

He is survived by his wife Jo Dove of 57 years; daughter Deah Spires and

husband Sam; daughter Amber Kelly; grandson Skyler Dove and his wife

Kristin; granddaughter Cheyenne Spires; grandson Tanner Kelly; grandson

Mason Kelly;

Per Roger’s request, there will be no funeral or viewing. A celebration of

Life will be scheduled at a later time. The family asks that loved ones 

honor Roger’s memory by fishing on his behalf.
