ECKER, RUTH E., 90 of Sebring, FL died March 26, 2015 at her residence. She was born in Chicago, IL, daughter of the late Andrew and Nettie Renning Christophersen. She moved to Sebring in 1981 from Elmhurst, IL with her late husband, William A. Ecker, Jr. and was an active member of Faith Lutheran Church. She is survived by her daughters, Judith (Steven) Grunkemeyer, Sebring, FL and Patricia (Daniel) Cermak, Darien, IL; son, William A. (Karin) Ecker, III, Marseilles, IL; eight grandchildren and one great grandchild. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
