Stanley Norka

Stanley Norka, 94, of Avon Park, Florida died June 7, 2018.  He was born in Chicago, Illinois.  He was a retired police officer and auto thief detective with the Chicago Police Department.  He was an avid golfer and a member of the Softball Hall of Fame in Chicago.  He survived by his wife, Cindy; daughters, Donna Myers and Nancy Carroll; and grandchildren, John Carroll, Michael Carroll and Amanda Myers.  A memorial service will be held at 5:30 pm Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at Founders Hall.  Arrangements by Morris Funeral Chapel, Sebring.
