ALLEN, Winifred C., 88, of Sebring, Fla., went to be with the Lord December 11, 2010. "Winnie," the name used by those who knew her, was born in Brooklyn , N.Y., and grew up in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She visited balmy Miami, Fla., 55 years ago and never returned.
